Melissa & Doug Toys Shipping Procedure:

All Melissa & Doug toys are shipped 3-5 days after ordered. We ship daily UPS Ground 6 days a week. Need the product faster, call us we can accommodate and quote you a next day or same day shipping price. We stock Melissa & Doug Toys in our facility and do not drop ship directly from Melissa & Doug headquarters, this allow us to fill orders with our in stock inventory and get the item to you quickly. Please do not hesitate to call our live telephone support  9:00 am-5:00 pm eastern time with any questions regarding inventory or shipping.

Hand Painted Furniture Shipping Procedure:

We at Be Creative Kids will ship 4-6 weeks after the order is place. Unless we have the item in stock in which we could ship it sooner. We have found this gives out customers the best opportunity to customize and personalize their order as desired.

Our current collection and custom design of hand painted furniture is painted after the initial order is placed. We understand that 4-6 weeks may not give you the opportunity to order and ship a birthday or Christmas gift quickly, we do have some items in stock but it would be difficult to have all items available on this website to have in stock, since we hand paint and design every piece with attention to detail and quality. If you would like to see which items are in stock email or call us.

With all hand painted furniture orders we call you or email you to confirm any custom or personalized specifications. Please be sure to include email and phone number when placing an order

With all CUSTOM furniture orders: which is any new design or if many changes are made to a current design on this website, we will email you with pictures before we ship for your verbal or email approval.
