We at Be Creative Kids we replace any piece or replace any broken toy or puzzle from normal usage or shipping damage. Simply return the broken piece to us and we will replace it. The product(s) are like new and unopened in original packaging

The returned product(s) arrive Postage Paid. We offer free shipping to send the order and would ask you to pay shipping back for return

We at Be Creative Kids take all measures to create a study and unique painted surface. We will replace or repair any furniture that has been damaged from shipping. The piece has NOT been personalized. Since we pride ourselves on quality work if the item is personalized with a name we would email you pictures of the piece and ask for approval before we ship. We will only ship after customer approval.
